Australian farmers Allen and Lizette Snaith have been breeding Belted Galloway cattle for 35+ years in Clonbinane, Victoria. Using quality stud genetics, the Snaith family believes in a paddock-to-plate approach to cattle breeding. Receiving the National ABC Delicious Produce Award for "From The Paddock", their 100% grass fed, dry aged beef is sought after by restaurants and is available direct to the public through Victorian Farmers’ Markets.

This invested personal involvement and direct business approach gives a unique interaction with customers, which allows for direct feedback as well as allowing flexibility for their product to change and evolve with new trends and demands in the food industry.  WBG is passionate about sustainability, nose-to-tail consumption and utilizing the entire animal.
